Libraly Finance was founded by Rotem Lifshits and Alex Bromberg who bring together over 35 years of experience in investment, private banking and financial services in Israeli Banks and worldwide markets.
Our most important task is the risk management of our client's assets, enabling them to fulfil their life goals, aspirations and dreams.

Assistance in transferring funds from foreign banks
Our service for transferring money and assets to Israeli banks consists of several stages: Preparation (structuring of assets to be transferred); Pre-compliance and Selection of a fund transfer scheme (including selection of a partner in third countries and creation of an asset structure for the transfer).Usually, all actions are done remotely, and we will accompany you from the first step to the last.
Opening an account in an Israeli bank and further maintenance of the account
The Israeli banking system is very different from other countries. We take full responsibility for communicating with banks and taking care of your account. Instead of you looking for a bank, the bank will look for you. Any actions you need on the account are processed and transmitted by us to the bank. The bank only needs to contact you to confirm the transaction.
Investments and trading on the world’s major stock exchanges

1. Familiarisation meeting and analysis of the client's existing situation
Firstly, we get to know the person in front of us! We love getting to know you, and will tell you about ourselves too.
To obtain a complete and accurate financial picture, we will start by collecting data on all of the client's financial assets, including banks, investment houses and insurance companies. We will create a report from the pension clearinghouse and perform an inspection of existing insurances.2. Identifying needs and setting goals
After receiving the financial data, we will identify the client's needs and goals. We will check the liabilities and loans, we will build a short-term and long-term flow of the client and thus determine the adjusted risk level.3. Financial planning
We will build an investment strategy according to the goals and risk level we have determined. We will use a variety of instruments and financial products available in the market- including real estate investments and alternative investments, in addition to tradable assets in the capital market. We will make use of tax advantages in the various instruments.4. Application
Opening accounts as needed, moving cash registers and working with the financial institutions. Making changes to existing investments in accordance with the plan we build and implementing new investments.5. Supervision and control
Libraly Finance's internal monitoring of programme performance. Sending up-to-date and comprehensive reports. Holding regular conversations and meetings with the client and adjusting files to their changing needs.
