After 20 years at Bank Leumi, during which Alex has held a wide range of professional and managerial positions and worked his way up from bank clerk, investment advisor, to Privat Bank branch manager in Jerusalem, it’s time to focus on creating a company whose main goal is to help clients to achieve their financial goals and build a successful future, using a unique approach to each client, a high professional level of banking and any type of investment (banking, exchange or alternative)

Alex was born in Odessa, immigrated at the age of 15 and after graduating from school he served 3 years as a flight medic.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Investments and Information Systems, Alex made a financial, consulting and managerial career at Bank Leumi.

Alex is the father of 3 amazing daughters and a little girl, Yorkshire, as well as the 1st place winner in Jerusalem Youth Chess in 1991 and the owner of the Candidate Master of Sports title.

In 2006, Rotem started her career as an investment manager. She continued to grow in the banking system, working her way up from a small Jerusalem branch, through managing a group of investment advisors, and ending her journey in the bank working with private clients. For 17 years of activity, she has vast experience and understanding of local financial realities, knowledge of the international investment market, is familiar with numerous types of deposits, investments and various financial instruments. But the most important thing in her work is the ability to create the most correct and suitable portfolio for each individual client.

Rotem came from Kharkov in 1997 right after graduation. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and management.

Today Rotem is a co-founder and partner of Libraly Finance LTD.

Occupying a very dynamic and responsible position, Rotem manages to bring up 5 of his wonderful children, to follow a small company of various animals. And in his spare time he makes wines that receive the first awards at international wine exhibitions.
